This 8 panel Heliene Gridtie System features the SolarEdge inverter - A revolutionary way of maximizing the suns power using SolarEdge Power Optimizers. 8 SolarEdge Power Optimizers are paired up with 8 and string to None
The SolarEdge Power Optimizers maximize energy throughput from each and every panel through constant tracking of Maximum Power Point individually per module. Because SolarEdge Power Optimizers automatically maintain a fixed string voltage, the SolarEdge inverter works at optimal efficiency. Benefits include:
In a traditional gridtie system with a string inverter, when only one solar panel is shaded it affects the output of the entire string. In a SolarEdge system, Power Optimizers are paired up to each solar panel allowing panels to operate independently at optimal performance. The Power Optimizers also provide module-level monitoring data which can be used to track performance and troubleshoot problems.
The SolarEdge Monitoring portal is a web-based application that provides performance monitoring of your solar panels, fault detection and alerts for accurate troubleshooting localized on a virtual site map. Monitoring is simple with the use of ethernet cable or alternatively the optional GSM kit or wireless gateway. If you have any questions regarding this system contact us 1-800-472-1142 or at sales@unboundsolar.com.
